BRUNSWICK, Maine - The Smith College cross country team placed 16th out of 54 teams at the NCAA Division III New England Regional on Saturday morning hosted by Bowdoin College. The Pioneers put forth a strong effort on the 6K course, finishing with 450 points ahead of fellow NEWMAC institutions Wheaton, Babson and Springfield.
